These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the UmaiBox Sushi website. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

UmaiBox Sushi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Availability

All menu items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or cancel orders due to product availability, operational constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.

Payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup

Customers must collect orders during the selected pickup time. Failure to collect orders on time may result in the order being discarded without refund.

Delivery

Delivery is not available right now. But in future we will be providing this facility.

5. Refunds & Complaints

Due to the perishable nature of food, all sales are final.

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory item, please contact us within Immediately after you pickup the food with your order number. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or customer errors.

6. Allergens & Food Safety

Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to seafood, soy, sesame, and gluten. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and placing orders accordingly.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that all order details and contact information are accurate. UmaiBox Sushi is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of UmaiBox Sushi and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

UmaiBox Sushi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to delays, service interruptions, or technical issues.
